Transcription is the process of keying-in a record of the spoken word. This will involve listening to a sound file and word-processing word-for-word what is being spoken. Such transcription work typically has included police/solicitor taped interviews, Human Resources' hearings and meetings, films, videos, TV/radio programmes, medical conferences, verbal questionnaires etc.
Depending on the end use, we can supply a transcription that is 100% faithful in every way, and has been corrected in terms of grammar and repetition etc. or a summary of the transcription capturing the main points.
We can supply the completed transcription by e-mail, on CD or by post.
Sound files which are of good quality help us to provide the best transcription possible. In some cases where a tight deadline is required we can employ a team of transcribers to work on the material provided.
