We are proud to hold both current ISO 9001:2000 certification and the BS EN 15038 Standard for Translation Services as a measurement of our commitment to quality. These internationally recognised awards measure our standards in Quality Management Systems and procedures, allowing us to be at the forefront of service and customer care.
Atlas Translations is a member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting, the Association of Translation Companies and the Society for Editors and Proofreaders. These bodies monitor the qualifications and competence of members, and define codes of practice.
We recruit the best linguists and will only work with suppliers who can prove their background and competency in the service they provide. The criteria are strict, and designed only to include those who have the qualifications and experience to undertake the work to the high standard Atlas demands.
At the outset of a contract, the Project Manager will establish Key Performance Indicators to:
- achieve the greatest degree of accuracy
- process assignments to ensure efficiency
- track progress of assignments to ensure deadlines are met
- record client feedback
- check correct formats and delivery procedures are adhered to.
Each individual involved in delivering the service is made aware of the expectations that must be met, and are required to confirm that they have read and understood the standard to be achieved.
We regularly conduct client satisfaction surveys in a constant effort to identify areas where we can improve. The results of these surveys are available on request.
