Legal/Court Interpreting
For court interpreting, you will need to book a suitably qualified legal interpreter who is familiar with the court process, and can retain impartiality and confidentiality.
Atlas Translations charges a daily rate for court interpreting, and this varies depending on the language you require, and the amount of notice we receive. We also require the client to pay for any incidental expenses, such as the court interpreter’s travel, meals and accommodation, if necessary, during the assignment.
Please note that many of our court and legal interpreters have undertaken Criminal Records Bureau checks and are accustomed to working with vulnerable individuals and/or in sensitive situations.
