Atlas Translations Awarded ATC Translation Company of the Year Award

We are very proud to announce that Atlas Translations won the ATC Company of the Year Award at the Association of Translation Companies awards on Thursday 10th December 2020. The virtual awards ceremony had a Scottish theme and was attended by language industry professionals and ATC member companies.

Atlas Translations ATC Company of the Year

This year Atlas Translations has demonstrated resilience and agility, resulting in our most successful year of trading since our launch in 1991. We have worked with our clients to anticipate their needs and ensure they can achieve their objectives whilst maintaining our reputation for delivering high quality results.

The judges commented:

“Atlas Translations stands out as the one company ticking all the boxes. Super growth in a short period and difficult year. Great life balance for the staff with a four-day week, with higher productivity. And some great giving back to the industry”

Director of Atlas Translations, Clare Suttie said:

“I’m delighted that Atlas Translations is the winner of the ATC Translation Company of the Year Award 2020. This year, everyone at Atlas Translations has worked extremely hard in unusual circumstances. The award is a fantastic achievement for the whole team and testament to their commitment and ability to deliver.”

Atlas Translations provide a wide range of language services in over 340 languages. Using our state-of-the-art, in-house technology, Atlas Translations ensure expert linguists are placed with relevant projects, to ensure the best possible results.

In the past 12 months, Atlas Translations’ turnover has grown by 48%, as a result of the ability of our highly experienced and professional team to respond rapidly to a changing and diverse market. Towards the end of 2019, Atlas Translations invested in technology to further improve remote access for employees. This timely investment was crucial in enabling us to provide a seamless switch to full-time remote working during the global response to Covid-19, without any disruption to client services.

Atlas Translations also continues to contribute to the languages industry. One of this year’s highlights was the very successful CV clinic for translators and project managers run by our director, Clare Suttie, from June to September 2020.
