For many people seeking translation help for health-based queries, it can be a challenging and often stressful time. At Atlas Translations, we understand the importance of being able to talk openly with people you can trust.

That’s why our translation agency is a proud member of the Patient Information Forum, an organisation which works to ensure clear and accessible health information in a wide variety of industries.

A Translation Agency Providing Accurate and Reliable Information on Health

Becoming a PIF member helps us to demonstrate our commitment to providing safe and equitable information for our clients who require health-focused services. It’s an essential part of creating an environment where our clients can feel comfortable and safe in the knowledge that their best interests are being looked out for.

To achieve PIF certification, Atlas successfully met the organisation’s rigorous criteria for health information. This ten-step process recognises and affirms positive practices in topics such as staff training and support, accessible content and design, and clear pathways for client feedback.

Joining a Community of Valued Members with the Patient Information Forum

Members of the Patient Information Forum are awarded a PIF TICK. For customers, this can be used as a quality mark to ensure the health information they receive meets the organisation’s robust requirements.

Our translation agency joins a fantastic group of member organisations, who come together to provide important expertise and guidance in the field of health information services. As many members are primarily health-focused organisations, working with PIF is a great way to ensure our clients have access to accurate information and valuable resources whenever they need them.
