Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction

Atlas Translations has been around since 1991 and customer satisfaction has always been incredibly important to us. We know we have lots of very happy clients and we know this because as ask our clients how they feel about our service.

If we don’t have customer satisfaction, we may as well not exist

We start the customer satisfaction process – well, at the start. Our quotations are designed to be explanatory – itemised, with a detailed breakdown of prices. They are also packed with information about how we work. Quality, ISO, certification, experience, trust, confidentiality, specialists and dedicated project managers, it’s all covered. Find out more about our ISO certification here.

We invest in our processes and procedures to ensure that our projects are streamlined and service is smooth. We hold two ISO certifications. The first is 9001: 2015, and we also hold 17100 – we were one of the first UK companies to achieve this certification. We are also members of ITI, CIEP and ATC. Not to mention nearly 30 years of experience to guide and help you get the best.

Feedback

We check back for customer satisfaction after each job is completed. Your project manager will send regular client feedback requests. That way, even the smallest problem can be raised and logged for improvement. We want to make feedback very easy. We will call you, or email you for feedback and discussion.

We have recently starting using TrustPilot and you can see our reviews to date here.
